To create your free account, all you need is to register using a valid email address. No Credit Card is required.

To create your Followit Business account, you need to register using a valid email address, select whether you want a monthly or annual plan and provide a Credit Card method of payment.

Azure is Microsoft’s cloud computing platform where Followit is hosted, allowing us to provide you with a secure cloud environment.

Azure Active Directory is a service that provides identity and access management capabilities in the cloud. Because it is your organization’s cloud directory, you decide who your users are and what applications or services are allowed to access that information. If you already have an Active Directory on premise, you can link it with Followit using Azure AD.

Azure AD is an optional feature that helps you link your local domain and users with Followit. If you don’t have a Microsoft Azure Active Directory, you can still register and create users by providing valid email addresses. Once the user is invited, he will receive an email invitation that will redirect them to create a unique user in Followit or login with one of the authorized providers.

Followit cloud environment includes, but is not limited to, the following services: website, storage, bandwidth & SQL Database.

The Followit license includes, per account, up to:

• 50GB of Data Storage
• 250GB Database
• Daily Backups

This cloud environment configuration is based on our experience and should be plenty to run Followit.

Yes, you can enable and disable users at all times in Followit. This will not change the monthly charge. 

Your monthly billing is based on your total user license amount, which is not equal to active users in the application. If you want to add or eliminate licenses, you will need to visit your company account section in your Followit environment.

Yes, Microsoft Azure is a secure cloud based environment with numerous security and accessibility certificates. Most of these certifications are within the Private & Public industries and include, but aren’t limited to:

Yes, our Followit environment is set up to run multiple backups on a daily basis. This backup service is already included within the services and configuration included in your monthly user charge.
