Case Cancel Reasons
Cancel reasons are used when cancelling a case in Followit and are managed on the Administration section. Your Followit environment already comes with a few default Cancel Reasons that cannot be edited or deleted. If the default reasons do not suit your needs or you have to add new ones, you can easily create them.
To create a New Cancel Reason: 
  1. Navigate to Administration > Categories.
  2. On the displayed screen, select the Cancel Reasons tab on the upper right.

  1. Press the “New Reason” button.
  2. In the “New Reason” window, enter the title of the Cancel Reason and the Reason description.
  3. Click “Save” to apply the changes.

After creating the cancel reason, it will appear on the list where you can deactivate, edit or delete it.
