Sources
 
Followit includes sources to help identify how the case or cases where received or in other words what triggered the creation of the case. Followit will include sources by default like: 
  1. Phone
  2. Email
You can add as many sources as you deem necessary. Some common additional sources are: 
  1. Internal (Could mean the case was created based on an organizational need)
  2. Mail
  3. Walk-In

To create additional sources follow these steps:
  1. Go to the Administration Section in Followit
  2. Select Areas and click on the Sources tab, which is located at the top right corner of the Areas screen
  3. Click on New Source
  4. Enter de Source Title and press Save to create
  5. After you save the new source, make sure you indicate which Areas will be able to see this new source by clicking on the Areas link included in the source window.
  6. Select all Areas that will have this source as an option and click save 
Now you can close the source window by clicking on the X located at the top right corner.
